Our Subscription services are post paid and the bill is raised at the last day of the month. At present we do not delivery on Sunday to maintain the work life balance of our delviery partners. We delivery 2 packets on Saturday to compensate for Sunday. We request you to keep the additional pack in the refrigerator to use it the next day.

With Genda Phool Daily, you can pause your service any time! Changes made after 12 AM will reflect in the Next working day due to production initiation. Example: If a customer pause/canel their subscription at 6AM in the morning, the flowers will still get delivered to them as the delivery partner is already on their way. If a customer pause/cancel their subscription the previous night before 12AM, the next day morning delivery will not happen. Hence, to pause/cancel the delivery, the customer must place the request on the previous night before 12AM otherwise the request will be considered for the next production day.
